Acceptance

By accessing codeantler.ca (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms govern your use of the Site only — paid engagements are covered by a separate written agreement.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general informational purposes about our services. You agree not to use it in any way that is unlawful, disruptive, or that interferes with other users' use of the Site, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of it.

Enquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship or any obligation on our part to provide services. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written services agreement or statement of work.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, code, copy, and brand marks are owned by CodeAntler or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify, or republish material from the Site without our written permission.

No warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we try to keep it accurate and available, we make no warranties of any kind regarding its accuracy, completeness, fitness for any particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeAntler will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
